Wine Tasting at the barre
Erin, the owner of Second Bottle in Church Hill, will be in the studio to give us a tutorial on the basics of tasting wine--the look, smell, taste and what to look for in each step. She'll offer tips on choosing a bottle a wine shops and restaurants and educate us on a few of her favorites. We'll go through four different selections and get to enjoy a glass of your choice to savor. Price is $45 per person.

Self-Defense Workshop
We’ve hired local martial arts experts to lead us through this workshop teaching us techniques to neutralize threats and enforce boundaries to keep us safe in any situation. We’ll have hands on practice so you’ll leave feeling confident on how to handle any sort of safety risks.
